One, might be like a Green, font size 1, online indicator. In the mini profile. It would look better, and it would pop out more. Size 1 though, size 2 might be a bit to big..

There seeems to be a slight problem. In my case, the posts line is not aligning perfectly with the "I'm Online" part. I think its because of the Male sign that's causing the posts line to not center properly. Those with no gender sign on their mini-profile don't have this problem. Just thought you might want to know. I'll look into it.

Another idea, instead of the PM thing, since PB is working on this, what about the same thing, only for announcements? So when staff makes a announcement, you get a notification?

Yeah, or when a new post is made in the Bulletin. Which ever one is easier for you to code up.
