Hope everyone had a Happy St. Patrick's Day! Did you do anything special today? Eat corned beef and cabbage? Drink alot of green beer?  I did neither, had to work, then pack up for my vacation to PA that I'm leaving for this Tuesday... but we're having corned beef tomorrow night, as I'm told... (I'm not a huge fan of it  ) |

-shakes head- Well, the corned beef wasn't really anything special anyway. I just don't like the taste of it. But the potatoes and steamed carrots were good!  Now I'm off to packing up the laptop and making sure I have everything ready for our trip tomorrow morning!  |
