With Version 5 it's a lot easier to have multiple themes on a forum, what are your thoughts on having more than one?
i quite like the thought of having multiple themes that are all the same template but with different colours!

It's easy to accommodate for everyone's likening s, and since I create themes, it's easier for testing, but it's a huge pain adding smiles.

I'm liking it so far. I'm in the middle of creating another version for my forum, though I'm having issues with colors, because I can't seem to find something "new" that will fit the theme of my forum (I guess I made it entirely too unique, haha). But I do like how much easier it is to add themes in V5... I never even tried in V4 because there were too many issues with certain things not showing up correctly in every theme. And like Eli ? said, it's great to be able to accommodate for different members who like different styles.

I think it's a good idea, but more so or less I think having only different version skins available for member selection. Like v1, v2, etc!

But I don't know if they've capped the total amount that you can have on a single forum. Maybe that would be a good question to ask at PB Support.

I like the idea of forums having multiple themes for their members. Gives us a selection and we don't have to use the same template all the time.

If I am a member of a forum, I like the multiple themes. If I am the one helping create themes, one theme is easier. It is hard to change codes, color, etc. if there are multiple themes.

I see your logic there. Creating themes and adding new coding and messing up older themes could be a pain in the butt. Just saying... Personally, I too enjoy being able to switch themes. So I'm all for being able to select different themes.

Having multiple themes is never a bad idea considering it's simply adding new flavours for the members to use. Not everyone will like having a default dark theme, and neither can you get everyone to get used to a white one.
There must be a contrast somewhere that could help make the member feel at home - enough to have them think of the forum as their own personalised homepage. But then again, sometimes it's hard to come up with a new theme idea.

Not to mention keeping them all updated with each new script version release. Sure, they're good, but as a webmaster, I'd hate to have multiple themes. As a user, if I dislike the default theme, I'd love to have multiple themes. I think it's best to get a default theme that everyone enjoys. You're knocking down every bird with one stone that way,

A forum with multiple themes is obviously better than just one, it gives the member more flexibility. If you dont want to do another skin, the owner can easily find someone else if its that big of a deal.

I think having multiple themes is great I like to look back on some of my designs and see how I can improve and what I can add to make the new style better.
