Actually I kinda like it. Love the background behind Vanessa and the effects going around her front. I feel like the text is a bit much though. The overall look of it seems odd with what ever lighting effects you used it seems almost like the image is fogged if you understand what i mean. Otherwise not too bad

Reasons you listed about the lighting and text are the reason I wasn't sure about it. Went back and redid the gradient maps and moved/changed the text. Add some more white lighting to the renders right, as it didn't really have much lighting after redoing the gradients.

What do you think of the new version?

For me personally, I like the newer version better than the original. The text still looks out of place and a bit dull, but the rest of it looks pretty good.

Oh wow, I LOVE v2! You definitely improved the coloring of the piece as a whole, and I love the effects of what's going on directly underneath her! Seriously, I keep scrolling up because I can't stop looking at it.

Yeah, the text is a little simple, but I actually like the placement of it. The font just needs a little tweaking to make it look right. I'd maybe try and see what it looks like with one of those all-caps fonts, but still keeping it on the small side.

Agreed, I need to work on the text. Never seem to get it right, back to the drawing board.
